  • The Active at Home booklet has been designed in partnership with Age UK, the Centre for Ageing Better, Sport England and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy to support older and vulnerable people to stay active and healthy at home – Click here.
  • Later Life Training are falls prevention and older persons physical activity experts and they have created videos of 3 x 10 minute movement ‘snacks’ per day for anyone to join in with.

  • Many people living with a long-term health condition find it difficult to attend exercise classes. To help with this, Arthritis Action launched a series of online chair based exercises developed with the aim of helping those with hip, knee or spinal Osteoarthritis more mobile and active – Click here.
  • Developed by physiotherapy experts the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) has adapted this simple set of exercises designed for older people to help prevent deconditioning whilst living in isolation. the exercises will help older people stay strong, improve mental health and prevent falling – Click here
